host wants to do legal agreement with co host

I have received a request for co hosting and that host wants to do legal agreement outside Airbnb . I want to know if airbnb has default agreement between the host and co host ?

is this allowed for the host to ask co-host to sign a legal agreement for his property?

Hi, I don't think Airbnb has any such default agreement- it would depend on how the host and co-host agree to divide responsibilities, what's legal in the country/state, etc. It's a good idea to have one, to prevent misaligned expectations and to protect the interests of both parties. You should probably have your own attorney review before signing.
