It looks like you're new to hosting.
For reservations of up to 27 days Airbnb charges the full amount to the guest as soon as the reservation is ocnfirmed. 24 hours after the guest checks in with you Airbnb starts the process to pay you. Depending on how you've chosen to be paid it may take a few working days before the money appears in your account.
I'd suggest sppending time clickin on "Help" and reading the articles there. Also use the "Search the community" box on the page where you posted this question to search for posts about "contacg airbnb", "cancellation", etc.

Be aware that there are penalties if you cancel a reservation.

If Airbnb sends you an email saying that a guest wants to cancel never accept it. It's a sneeky ploy by Airbnb. If you accept it you'll be deemed to have made the cancellation and will be penalised. Guests sometimes use it in an attempt to get out of the booking without loosing money.
