how can i charge the price per room rather than per person for entire home with 3 bedrooms

I have 3 bedrooms with queen size beds in them but if the guest are not couples they each want their own bedroom with one person in each room. I would like to be able to charge them per bedroom rather than per person. so instead of charging them for 2 people i want to charge them for the two bedrooms.
as i have to pay to launder 2 bedrooms sheets and clean 2 bedrooms.

Hi Betty, I would set up each bedroom as a separate listing, and make sure you also define the max number of persons per bedroom. cheers and good luck

@Shona45 Each room for let has to be set up as a separate listing.

You can keep your whole-home listing as well, if you want to let it out entirely to one party.
