@David - to 2 refunds I have done only took as long as the guest approved the transaction. I refunded by reducing the per day cost to the dollar amount I wanted to refund.

Hi @David68,

If you cancel on a guest, your guest will have a credit on their account.  They can either rebook or they can request a refund.  I would share this documnet with your guest: https://www.airbnb.ca/help/article/170/what-to-do-if-your-host-cancels
