how often are host / room ratings are updated

How often are host / room ratings are updated. When do a positive rating get to affect your overall score? Is it immediately or do they update monthly or quarterly? Just curious since I had super host status then got a couple of bad reviews and my score went down. Since then got better reviews but the score stays the same.  Thanks

@Filomena57 It is pretty immediate. I suspect what you are seeing is that a very bad (or revenge) review of 1 has a big effect but a 5 star review will have little effect on say a 4.8 average.
