@Jean-Mary2    From reading your reviews it appears you are a very gracious and thoughtful host.  One suggestion, if you do not already do it,  is a guidebook. I offer guide books,  and leaflets of interesting things to do, they are  free at tourist places here, and  I always send links to guests of seasonal adventures and events,  plus transportation and recommended places to eat etc.  If you have a guide book on your listing print it out and leave it in the studio. If applicable you could add a list of do's and dont's. Also a list of helpful phrases and basic courtesy words in tagalog (or?)  such as  Please, Thank you, etc.

p.s. You could also put a guest book or a suggestion box in the room so you can keep adding, if feasible and cost effective, to what you offer.

Red Flags: search on this forum there are many posts about this, too long for me to mention here.
