Help I need to change my phone number that has already been verified I don't see how to do this?

You can add a second phone number and let it verify. Then delete the old phone number.

I had registered before but couldn't remember the existing account information. 

Then I tried to register a new ID, want to use my phone number but it showed my phone was already in use.
