Unfortunately Super Strict is by invitation only.

I hope someone rocks up soon to provide more info on this little gem as I would be availing myself of it in a snap!

Airbnb will typically invite a host to use the Super Strict Cancellation Policy if they meet the following criteria: 

- Marquee property, usually with a high rate (e.g. $10,000/night)

- Property is subject to serious seasonality.

- Good track record with both guests and Airbnb.

Super Strict 30 and 60 day require the host to agree to an increased fee structure (typically an additional 5% increase).
