i can't seem to book anything

Whenever i try book a place i get an error message saying:  It is not possible to book this property. Please contact Airbnb Support. 

i've verified everything i can think of, even added my work email address and verified that. 
Today i was suddenly prompted to take a photo with my webcam, sweet i did that.
Still can't book anything.
What the actual sh*t is going on. 

This caused me to book most of my holiday on Agoda except there's 1 place that's only available on Airbnb, kills me..

Anyone actual Airbnb support out there? let's see..

@Adam318 This forum does not have Airbnb support personnel here, only hosts and guests.  But I can tell you that when you get this message, you will need to contact Airbnb customer service.  They are the only ones that can look at your account and see the problem.  Use this link to get started:
