Your listing is not setup correct.

If you are stating in the text: 3 bedrooms, but listing show 2 bedrooms

Sleeping arangement shows only 2 double beds, but your listing says: 8 guests

1 guest can book, but also 8(!), having the same price.

Such a confusing and inaccurate listing must be tuned first before bringing it online !

You probably want to offer 3 rooms with some shared spaces.

So you need to setup 3 listings, one for each room.

If you also want to offer all rooms to one party, then create an extra listing for that and link calenders.
