i'm trying to leave a review for my first guest and it's telling me i do not have access

i can't leave a review on a guest either on my laptop or mobile. can anyone help please?

I've received all the prompts to do so, but when i press on leave a review it says i do not have access to this function?

Just to confirm, @Claire918 , you received an email prompting you to leave a review and when you tried to, there was a message that you did not have access, right?  Perhaps there is a system glitch and you need to contact Air BNB.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB
