i received guests who had apperently made a booking and paid but without notification from airbnb?

@Lilian172 how did they prove that they made a reservation? Was there an reservation on their profile that they showed you? Did they showed you evidence of payment to your bank account? If not, there is no reservation. Did you let them in?
I often do not get notifications from Airbnb so I check my account daily.
Check your account, on your dashboard click reservations on the menu at the top and see if it is there.
If not call Airbnb immediately.
