inactive listing

I created a 2nd listing and had it go live, a few days later I deleted all the photos and updated with new better images. Now it keeps changing back to inactive. When I look at my listings they all show active, then when I click back on the screen it says inactive. Have logged in and out, and it still keeps reverting back to inactive. Not sure what to do?
