Do you find instant book a problem?  I have people inatant book and aak questions and than dont book

@Karen688:  I don't have Instant Book, and won't do it, but I don't understand how someone "Instant Books" then asks questions and doesn't book?  I understand that someone who Instant Books actually books instantly.  🙂  Maybe you don't have Instant Book, and just think you do??  There is a selection that Guests can submit an "Inquiry" which is intended to allow potential Guests to ask questions about your listing, or maybe about bringing a child or a dog.  In my experience these people never tell you whether they are going to book or not.  About half of Inquiries book, and the other half just quietly disappear.
