I made a reservation in Hilversum for 2 nights, 2nd to 4th of January 2018, and it was an instanteous reservation, which means I paid for it : 114,76 €.
the host answered me the day after that she did not accept my reservation because not enough nights and when I asked for another reservation somewhere else to replace Hilversum, I got an email and understood that she has not cancelled my reservation, she has just sent me a mail saying she cancells my reservation. But I want her to cancel since she refused me !
I sent her a mail asking to cancel our reservation and I have not an answer yet. what else can I do ?
