invalid payment request

Hi! When trying to send money to a guest, and completing the whole process to the last page, I get an error message stating "invalid payment request". Why is that and what can i do about it? I need to send money to the guest asap, as compensation for a mistake on my part in our add.

I'm also pretty disappointed that no one from airbnb can help with this directly..

Hi. I'm in the same boat. I changed credit cards on my payment methods in my account, but still didn't work. My guess is the system isn't working on the AirBnB side.
