Lisa, please note 'the issue' was posted 4 months ago, and it was evidently resolved at the time.

These things happen from time to time.

Yes, I saw that. But there was no mention of how it was resolved. It’d be useful to know should my issue not be resolved by tomorrow - the more we know about how this particular error is fixed, the better.
