Dear Concern I want to inform you that a guest named Ali didn't stay at my property. He came to my guest house with his girl friend and we do not allow unmarried couples at our property. Some of your representative also call for that guest and after all you cancel his reservation and refund the advance rent to the guest. Now i want to ask you a simple question that how a guest comment on my property without staying there. That is your website's weak point that how your website allow him to comment on my property. If this guest stay at my property than give me his rent. Furthermore you people paused my property listing on search engine for 5 days. I am unable to say anything in this regard. kindly clear me regarding these types of comments. your quick response in this regard is highly appreciated kind regards Attiq
If you do not allow unmarried couples to your property, i suggest you mention this in the listing, so people are aware to show you proof of marriage !
Dear Emiel
Thanks for your kind reply
I am working with booking.com and expandia etc.
But your terms and conditions are very different, how a guest review on my property without comming to my property.
If you allow him to review on my property then why you are not giving me his room rent.
I am not receiving guest room
Rent i.e the booking is cancelled and refund to guest.
Why is me suffering from guest review. What is my mistake and why you paused my property.
You people take action on a review that is not a practical review.
You are again requested to deal with my case as a special one and its needs your kind attention as it directly effects my business growth in the international market.
Kind regards
Attiq
@Attiq0 you're posting on a host/guest community forum. Airbnb staff will likely never see it.
It's Airbnb's policy to allow guests to review if the reservation is canceled on the day of check-in.
As @Emiel1 said if you are going to require guests to show marriage certificates best make that very clear before they arrive. Guests who are not interested in providing such private details for your examination will know to book elsewhere. Airbnb may not be a good fit for your hosting style.
can i demand the room rent of the guest which comments on my property?
