list price is $63 but price on availability calendar is $50 why the difference

@Carol-And-Greg0 The price shown on your listing's page if $62, not $63 (small quibble), and when I mouse over dates in your calendar, they all show as $62 for June/July. Are you perhaps saying that your listing shows a rate of $50 when it appears in a search-results page of numerous listings?

If so, I currently have a bug filed with AirBnB about exactly that. It's random, but sometimes my listing (which has a base rate of $85, and some custom settings of *higher* but not lower rates) sometimes pops up in search results showing a $65 or $75 rate. AirBnB has been looking into this for two weeks now (they've been in touch several times) but they stil haven't figured it out.
