loosing status

Here are my details and an offer of a solution;  Out of 33 reviews, 3 were less than 5.  I lost my superhost  status.  I know the 'quarter' rule and will wait until January [though I don't expect guests at this time of year].  I didn't want to bother Airbnb, so I did not refute the last one.

Here is an idea...used by sports teams, math teachers, etc. = take the 2 highest scores and the 2 lowest scores and throw them out, then average the remaining scores.  I would have kept my super host status in this case...so may have some of you other hosts.
