mail from Airbnb saying we were not affected by smart pricing bug
Our prices were clearly changed and had we had instant book turned on would have had a booking at a ridiculous price, now we are told we were not affected! Common Sirbnb get you act together it’s not good enough and took me ages to reset all of the prices. As it is we had to turn down and dissspoknt a guest
was it an email from ABB that was sent to your email address/
Or was it a msg through your lisitng profile?
They did send a standard email out to let people know there had been a bug in there system - there's been IT glitches all over the place, including with Google.
Have a scan around in CC using related keywords as there's mention of IT log in & other tech issues elsewhere.
