making calendar available eventhough one guest has booked the date

Hi I offer place for three tents in the garden, but one guest has booked and now the place looks for that date as unavailable although there is a place for two more tents.

How to solve this?

i was wondering if anyone can help. I have 3 pre-aprovals for the 10th until the 12th to the appartment but on my calendar the 11th shows as occupied. What can be the problem ?
