A while back I had a guest that requested to book , I acceped and then he didnt place the booking.
3 weeks later - after I have raised my proces significantly he placed the same booking and the system gave him the old price?
I have not accepted yet (its high season and Im not sure its smart to sell out 10 days supercheap..)
When I look at my pricing calendar it says the new price (500 NOK) and yet the refers to a price of 282 NOK.
Any input or ideas on this one?
Has this happened to you?
Can they still claim this price?
Its more that 200 eur difference..
