my guest has not received confirmation that she has paid

my guest has not received confirmation of her payment  and on the page next to her name it is marked 'not possible'.

Can anyone suggest what is going on?

@Jan24 It's possible that your guest's method of payment couldn't support the price of the reservation.

Thanks for your reply.   I contacted Airbnb and it has now been been resolved.
