my guests are smoking marijuana in the studio

i have a strict no smoking and penalty policy. they are booked till tomorrow, and do not know that i have caught them in the act. what can i do?

Go knock on the door and talk to them.  Remind them of the rules and be firm.  If you see smoke, or smoking paraphernalia, you can ask them to leave.  Contact Airbnb immediately and tell them what's going on and that you would like them to be rehoused.
