my host has indicated the booking is cancelled but my payment has gone through

i have a booking for this weekend and my payment has been processed but my host now says (via a message to me) that  its booked out and that the booking software must have accepted two bookings.  So i have paid but have been told by the host that the room is already booked.  If i cancel at my end now, (as she is not responding further), how do i get my airbnb service fee back???

an update - now airbnb site is saying i cant book another place for this weekend  as this one is confirmed, and i will pay for both, so i am completely stuck.  so my husband is now booking another site and i will need to fight this one out with airbnb.  if i cancel i pay the service fee and I dont want to do that as the host has indicated to me that she cant accept my booking, even though it has gone through.   so the software is unreliable and i have spent a lot of time on this and its very frustrating!!!!
