my host sold their cabin so my reservation is no longer valid but I have been debited

Hello,

I received a confirmation from Airbnb and I have been debited. The problem is that the host sold their cabin so what can I do to get a refund?

@Patrick359 Your host should have cancelled the booking and you would be automatically refunded and given a credit to help you find somewhere new.

 

Has your host cancelled?

 

If not call Airbnb and tell them about what has happened.
