my listing doesn't show in a search

I search by my account I find my listing, if I search from another account I don't find it, why?

@Valeria278 Is this a new listing? If so, it will take a day or two to appear. If not, try putting in a date range that you know is available. I have had this happen before. My listing was nowhere to be found, even when I used the Instant Book and Super Host filters. I put in a date that I knew it was available and it magically appeared and has been there ever since. Also, try a close-up search on the map and see if your listing shows up there. If you still can't find it, call Airbnb and ask them to see what might be going on. Let me know how it goes!

no, it's not so new. I did everything you mention. From my account is visible, from another account not.

Is not visible on the map as well in the list.

Now I try to contact them on facebook messenger. Here they don't have a call center or an email where is possible to write on.
