my sms aren't getting to customers

also i need to give a guest a refund as they didn't end up staying as my sms aren't getting back to the guests even though i hit reply when i get the messages from airbnb

also it's ridiculous that i can't ring anyone for support and speak to someone

Sorry to hear your are having issues with this. I would recommend you contact the Airbnb Support Team as this may be a tech glitch.

Hi Glee.  I have noticed that my SMS's are about 50/50 when I reply back via text.  I stopped replying to texts all together and just rely on the Uber app or wait until I can get to a PC.
