no answer from the "community experts"

ok some edit done for better understanding: i tried the airbnb help but do not get any answers...

does anyone else have this problem?

i tried the contact us form

 

i send a question about a non recieved payment og 7th of may but got no answer at all...

send a question about something else some days ago... nothing...

 

i do not have twitter and will not open an account ...

and there is no phone number for my country (iceland) and calling abroad is no option... far to expensive to wait for an answer many hours..

@Lorya0  If you are unable or unwilling to open a Twitter account and do not want to spend the money to make a call, you are stuck with the email option.  If I understand your issue, it is about payment and no one here on this forum can be of help.

 

I am definitely not a fan of Twitter, so the only time I use it is for Air BNB questions and it is a fairly effective way to get a specific question answered.  Just a thought.

On this community we can only answer general questions.If it is about a payment not received, you need to contact Airbnb.  The payouts are listed in your Transaction History, so you can check the status first.

(I not sure if it is right, but found an Airbnb phone number for Iceland via Google: +3545390617 )

that was exactly what i did. i filled out the contact us form but don't get any answers...

i will try the phone number 🙂

 

@Lorya0  I always get answers (sometimes they miss the point, but I do get them) when I use the contact-us form. always within 24 hours, sometimes sooner. Make sure to state your issue very clearly, in one liners, in chronological order- they seem to ignore or get confused when explaining your issue in paragraph form.

Example:

NON-RECEIVED PAYMENT ISSUE.

For booking made on June 02, 2019, reservation #HY12345678.

Guest checked in June 05, checked out June 08.

Payment says Pending.

Please investigate and contact me.

Thank you for your time.
