not being able to answer my AIRBNB email on my new phone.

I have a problem and I am wondering if anyone can help me solve it ????  The problem is that I got a new smart phone and everytime I receive a email from AIRBNB I can not answet it from my new phone but have to go on my lap top.  Is there anything I can do Please???

Not getting texts on my phone either, whilst before I used to get a message first then receive an Email.. ?????
