one guest can cause you to loose 5 star rating

I have 160 5 star ratings. One early guest gave me a 3 star rating because a new house was being built next store (no construction during their visit) and that the house was small & suitable for tourists. It's a historic home built in 1914. You can sit on the back deck & watch the boats going back & forth. Because of that one bad review - which was not justified - Airbnb told me that review cannot be removed and I am stuck at 4.98. There's something wrong with this. If you maintain 5* ratings for over 3 years, one past review should cost you the 5* status.

Sorry to hear this happened. You had an excellent run to maintain 5* for 3 years! 

My reviews keep getting better. I have 160 - 5* reviews and 1 - 3* and this is my 5th year as a host. I contacted Airbnb when I got the review. But 4 years later, I'm still stuck at 4.98. The pictures on-line show a small historic house. Being suitable for tourists should not be a reason for 3 stars
