one night stays

Hello all, I have just put this subject into a message to airbnb and waiting for answer, but until then thought I would also post it. My dilemma is, I do accomodate guests for one night, but I also think the price should be higher in that event. My place is 3 bedrooms and 2 and half bath, and I am doing the cleaning, so to turn it around for one night doesnt even seem to make sense anymore unless I increase something. Is there a way to do that for people wanting one night? Im not trying to stick it to anyone, or make pricing prohibitive, but it seems logical the cleaning fee should be more. Should I turn off the instant book, whereby 1 nighters would be warned I will attach a higher cleaning fee when they request to book? Is it even possible to customize it this way? thank you in advance

Three choices: increase the daily price, or add a cleaning fee, or increase the minimum of stay to 2 days or more.  Airbnb has zero to do with those personal decisions. Would increasing to 2-day minimum + have a reasonable cleaning fee do the trick?
