overall review star result created by airbnb not matching review left by guest

We just had a guest leaving a review, giving 5 stars in each sub category (you can see this confirmed on the website, where ALL last reviews were 5 stars, total and sub categories) However, next to guest and their very positive review, it only shows 4 stars. Any ideas what can be wrong?

Overall star reviews are NOT created my Airbnb - they are given by the guest.  So while your guest left you 5 stars in the sub-categories, they chose to leave you 4 stars overall.  You can message the guest and ask what you could have done to have them rate you 5-stars - but 4 stars is still good I wouldn't worry about it.
