own a unit, property manager is the "owner", I am a co-host. How/where can I see income earned?

The title summarizes, is it possible to see the income our unit has earned as a co-host? The property manager is the 'owner' and as co-host we cannot review activity. For example, a couple of bookings for August completed yet "August earnings" still shows $0.00.

Any suggestions on how to proceed? "Trust but verify"

No, there is not.

I am also a co-host and I log myself out and log in with my host's info (I have blanket permission to do so) to check earning, views, star ratings from guests, and private feedback. If I use my iphone on his account I can then see who has given us little icons to show that we provided local tips and other things, too.

Would you host allow you to use his login info? Maybe even just twice a month to "audit" your work as a co-host?

Hi @John2946

i would suggest to change it. If, for any reason, the owner of the listing decides to close it (even if you are the property owner), you will loose all feedback, all future income, everything.

if you are the owner of the property, you should be the owner of the listing, no?
