paid booking still pending. why?

hello

i've uploaded driver's license and took a photo to verify myself today

right after that i have booked a property and paid for it (reservation code: hmnqt4k3m9)

but after about 8 hours the booking is still in 'pending' status

the host also cannot do anything with it

help me please

i see the message below, i click on 'Complete verified ID', but it doesn't work

i see the first step of it (below), click 'Continue' and nothing happens: browser just redirects me to the AirBnb home page
