Most importantly, you listing has to be approved as Business Travel Ready. There are specific conditions you have to meet for Airbnb to approve your listing, one of them which, looking at your listings, you do not fulfil currently - 24 hour check in.
Once you are approved, you will get the briefcase badge. The employed will do a search and only properties with are approved by Airbnb with the Briefcase will show up on that search. So even if they wish to stay with you, you listing will not show up on their search so they will not be able to book as a business through you.
I know all this because I had to go through it all a couple of weeks ago. I was contacted by a business wishing to book my property for a staff member training in London for a few weeks. It was their first time using Airbnb and they send me a request for a 3rd -party booking informing me it was for a member of staff. I informed them we could only proceed 3rd party via the business route and send them the policies/ guides on registering as a business which they did but then my listing disappeared from the search. They contact me back asking me to give them access to book so I contact Airbnb and was informed that business do a different search and will only see listings that have been approved as Business Ready; I was not approved and I couldn't be approved as there was one condition I did not meet - I don't offer 24housr check-in even though the guest has 24hours access once checked-in.
So cut a long story short, you need to be approved as well – see conditions you must fulfil to be approved – https://www.airbnb.co.uk/help/article/1185/what-makes-a-listing-business-travel-ready
No worth doing it as a personal booking as Airbnb only permit 3rd part booking via Business Ready so if there are any issue down the line, you are not covered by Airbnb.
