payment failed

i have been given a new bank card and I updated my bank details on my account and set to default.  Payment was due 15.08.18 but failed owing to old card details on , now updated and set to default. Will this now be taken from the right card?

If you availed of the pay less up front option and the second payment failed you'll have to contact Airbnb support.

 

Type "contact airbnb" in the "Search the community" box on these forum pages where you posted your question. Scroll down a little in the list of suggestions that appears and click on the "Contact Airbnb: A Community Help Guide[UPDATED]" one. That lists phone numbers and ways to contact them via Twitter or Facebook.

@Sarah1612  You will get an email from AirBnB telling you the payment method failed and to add a new payment method. Keep an eye on your spam folder also as many people have it go there escpecially if you have a gmail email.
