payment problem

Hello!
im reaching out to ask the advice about Airbnb payments
I have booked the accomodation few weeks ago and payed it immediatelly, Airbnb sent me an email that reservation is paid
but on my bank account i cant see that they took a money
does someone know why is that? or will it appear later?

Hello @Yulia32,

 

If the reservation is shown as confirmed in your trips then Airbnb has been paid.

You could check again to see if it still shows as confirmed.

 

I don't know what payment option you have registered with Airbnb. If it's a credit card or paypal then  you could look at your credit card statement or paypal account to see if the charge shows there.

Why would you pay upfront instead of contacting property owner. Wait o forgot they won't let you communicate with YOUR customer

@Dona6 I'm not sure what you are suggesting. All Airbnb bookings require some payment up front.

(Either 100% or 50%).

 

What are you saying @Yulia32 should have done?
