I have 2 guesthouses in South Africa and have been struggling now for a month long for airbnb to pay me out or to phone me back. It has been so frustrating do they have any direct number where they can pick up a phone and talk to you. MY PAYOUT METHOD THAT I WAS CHOOSING WAS PAYONEER CARD. My card was in its place and activated. then Airbnb has blocked the choice of payment method and said payoneer has blocked it but I have spoken several times to Payoneer and they said it did not come from them it is airbnb. Some how there is a huge problem in there system if it comes to payouts and communication with the hosts.
