payout issues

Hi All, Hope you are doing good.

I want to discuss and know regarding ongoing technical issues about AirBNB payout. A little frustrated too, as this occurred 3 times in 7 months only. Delay in payout and no resolution apart from hearing " Technical Fault", "there is no way to get an SLA or connect with the tech people", even Airbnb support team can not connect the tech people, as they are super special. 

This time, its already 15 days and no solution, as if they make us grateful by transferring our money only. And of course you can not expect any compensation of their own fault.

only they have learnt sugar coated sentences but no knowledge of how the Application works. the support team cant give a solution turn around time because they do not want miscommunication , but they can not provide a resolution time where a host/ guest can expect a solution, isn't that funny?

I have read, some cases they might block you in social media if you insist them to solve issue or expect a little faster. I guess the laziest service industry I am facing in my entire career.

Please suggest of there is a way to wake Airbnb technical team to wake them up from sleep.

I have had the same issue recently- have been waiting nearly a month for a payout that I’ve called repeatedly about. I was also told this was a technical issue/system glitch & no ETA for payment. I was also told that this is affecting many other hosts. I have to wonder - could this be tied to AirBnb going public and wanting to boost their financial statements for a short period?! It would make sense that is this payout issue is affecting just one booking for every host their financial statements will be boosted by millions of dollars overnight! ???? I cannot

imagine any other explanation for this inexcusable business dealings for a multi billion dollar company.

Hi I am a host and had a problem of NO payout from Airbnb for one of the completed trips. I had to keep communicating with support system for almost over 45 days . It was really frustrating as their so call system specialist were claiming that they were working 24X7 to resolve such a simple concern and were unable to come out with any resolution.

 

The frustration mainly was due to their non commitment on timeline to get this resolved. 

 

Finally they resolved it but after testing my patience for over 45 days . 

 

It was certainly a painful experience . Not because I was afraid of losing the payout but the faith in the system for me to  continue hosting with Airbnb.
