I have been trying to sort out a failure by Air bnb to payout on reservations. The best I get is some team somewhere is looking at it. I have been told they are too busy and my case is not assigned yet they have already taken their service fee. I am sick of being told how sorry they are and have simply asked who I should talk to and then I get nothing. I have phoned and emailed. I have chatted and been told they were happy to not help me.
I am so frustrated I am not sure what to do.
Air bnb is acting fraudulently and I haven't figured out how to go after them yet but hopefully someone knows what to do.
