paypal money paid by someone rented my house does not appear in my paypal account

Hello although the money are paid by someone that allready arrived to my house, I cannot see them in my paypal account . My only payment method is paypal, and it is several days after accepted the request. The people that rented my house are allready In the house. Can somebody help me???? Plsssss

I am struggling with the same issue. Paypal says that money has been paid into my account, but it's not reflecting and Paypal isn't responding.
