photos for my site

I downloaded pictures from my phone to my computer and they looked fine, but when I tried to put them on my site, they were upside down or sideways.  I've tried everything to figure it out.  This didn't happen when I put the previous pics on many months ago.

The same thing keeps happening to me.  I have asked for a rotate sign to click on to to no avail.  They keep sending me emails saying they have taken care of my upside down photos but they haven't!!!
