pre-approving confirmed but not

Hi, I pre-approved a reservation, the guest had a few questions which I answered and than she wanted to confirm the reservation but it was expired. What should she or I do?

@Helga8 Well, unless you need to change the price of the reservation, tell your guest to go ahead and make a reservation request which you would then approve.
