price offered to guest is not same as our listing

We have an enquiry that is showing up as more than $100 less than the listing price.  We have not enabled on Weekly rates/Monthly rates/Long stay discount.  Other bookings have the correct price. How so we adjust this?

I just started hosting a few months ago, so I'm interested to find out the answer to this question.  It may be possible for the guest to request a particular (lower) price, but I don't know whether they can.  Good luck!
