professional or company or team account

Hi everyone,

I wonder if you can shed some light to my confusion. I have a homestay and as I was listing some of my rooms, there were a few page forms that I filled (of which I now do not know what they are ) which are to do with like a team account or a company/ business account where  I can get some software API access and such like that. I registered and weeks later.... nothing.

What are those things and how may I apply for such a professional account and what is it called? I cant find any info on it anymore and I didnt get any email notification for it to follow up anything.

Please help me find out what it is and where I can follow up on it.
