question on pre-approval

I've got a guest asking why the nightly rate, cleaning fee and service fee increases after they accept my pre-approval.  Is the increase the airbnb guest fee? When I look at my earning details the figures are different to what they are quoting, so I am presuming it's the airbnb guest fee. Any thoughts would be great!

They will see the breakdown at their end before they book, Fees and Taxes are the usual reasons.

My concern is they are unable to understand the breakdown.  Is it clear what the guest fee and taxes are?

It's adding approx $41 to the booking.

I have had hundreds of guest and no questions so I assume most can work it out OK.
