"Sorry, this reservation can’t be canceled right now. Please try again later." error during cancel

I have already booked and need to cancel for booking another one.

The cancel policy of the host is flexible but after I click cancel

This error occured ->"Sorry, this reservation can’t be canceled right now. Please try again later."

Any I got this error for a day!!. What should I do?  My confirmation code is

@Mungkorn0  If you are trying to cancel a booking within 24 hours of check in, you must contact Air BNB directly.  You have reached a public forum not Air BNB.  You should have contact information on your booking confirmation email.  If not, here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.
