"Those dates are not available" NOT a new listing!

Hi,

I am unable to pre-approve a very appealing potential guest with a long stay because it says those dates are not available. I have tried clearing the dates but it doesn't work. I've seen this posted on message boards, but they were all new accounts. Mine has been active a while and I've already had several guests. PLEASE help!

@Avital2 Check the settings for duration of the stay and other parameters in that section, maybe some other conditions prevent that booking.
